Mastek Test Pattern

The Mastek test takes the following pattern in 2006.

 

Round I was the online test which had aptitude questions mainly was conducted in our computer lab.

Round II was the GD. We were grouped into 10 member groups and were asked to select a topic for the discussion. From the elimination what I found was that they looked for the quality of the points we said and not how much time we spoke or how louder we were.

Round III was an interview. We were not told that it was an HR interview but we had only HR questions. The interviewer asked question like 'introduce yourself', 'your strengths' etc.
