Microsoft India Development Center (MSIDC) concentrates on IP sensitive and strategic software development projects. Initially they had a team of just 20 professionals. The head count here is around 900. The MSIDC has end-to-end responsibility teams for every product. These teams gather the customer requirements, no matter where ever they are in the world and deliver quality products. One fourth of MSIDC work on Windows Vista and Longhorn Server.
